Email Credentials

Automation can send emails as part of a workflow.

Use Email Credentials account keys with Email workflow activities and IMAP Endpoint, POP3 Endpoint, or SMTP Endpoint targets.

Usage

Complete the following steps to create a new Email Credentials account key:

1. In the left navigation menu, click Account Keys.

2. Click New Account Key.

3. From the Account Key Type drop-down list, choose Email Credentials.

4. Enter a unique display name for the account key in the Display Name field and a brief description in the Description field.

5. In the Email area, specify the following:

   • Username - Enter a valid email address for the mailbox.
   • Password - Enter the password associated with the email address. Click the eye icon to display or hide the characters.

6. Click Submit.
