Cisco XDR Service Status Home Page

The Threat, Detection, and Response Status home page consists of the following four components:

• Cisco XDR Services

• Cisco XDR Regions

• Cisco XDR Maintenance Regions

• Cisco XDR Service Status

When you first open the page, it will look similar to the figure below.

The Cisco XDR Service component displays the Cisco XDR services that are being monitored for their availability. The Cisco XDR services that are being monitored are:

• Asset Context

• Data Ingestion

• Incident Creation and Correlation

• Provisioning

• Automation

• Enrichment and Investigation

• Response Action

The Cisco XDR Regions component is used to filter the Cisco XDR services based on their geographical region. Clicking on a region filter button at the top of the page will list all of the services, and their status, accessible for that region. The geographical regions listed are:

• All Regions

• Asia

• Australia

• Europe

• India

• North America

Note: Cisco does not have XDR services in India at this time.

You can filter the Cisco XDR service status states by geographical region by clicking the related region’s filter button located at the top of the page which are shown in the figure below. This will list only those Cisco XDR services assigned to the selected region.

The Cisco XDR Service Maintenance component is used to display the Cisco XDR services that are in maintenance or have had maintenance scheduled for them. The four maintenance regions are:

• All Regions

• North America

• Europe

• Asia

Clicking on a regional maintenance filter button, shown in the figure below, at the top of the page will display the Maintenance page and list all of the scheduled and ongoing maintenance for the selected region.

The Cisco XDR Service Status component displays the status of the service listed. The four status states are represented on the page by four icons. The table below lists these four status states, a description of each status state, and the icon that represents that status state.

Status	Description	Icon
No Impact	This status indicates that the related Cisco XDR service has not been affected in any way and there is no change or negative impact on it.
Reduced Availability	This status indicates that there has been some degradation in the efficiency of the related Cisco XDR service.
Full Outage	This status indicates there is full and complete disruption of the related Cisco XDR service being delivered.
Scheduled Maintenance	This status indicates that there is scheduled or active maintenance for the Cisco XDR service.

Clicking the (Expand) icon to the right of the Cisco XDR service icon will expand the list of Cisco XDR services being monitored. This will list the status state for each of the Cisco XDR services being monitored, as shown in the figure below.
