AI Agent Endpoint Target

Automation includes the functionality to execute commands, scripts, and session-based activities against a system or network device using AI Agent Endpoint.

AI Agent Endpoint targets require one of the following account keys and are used with reusable AI Agent workflow activities:

• Anthropic API Key

• AWS Credentials

• Azure OpenAI API Key

• Google Gemini API Key

• OpenAI API Key

• OpenRouter API Key

 

Create AI Agent Endpoint Targets

Perform the following steps to create a target:

1. In the left navigation menu, click Targets.
2. Click New Target.
3. From the Target Type drop-down list, choose AI Agent Endpoint.
4. Enter a unique display name for the target in the Display Name field and a brief description in the Description field.
5. In the Account Keys area, choose an existing account key or choose Add New from the Default Account Keys drop-down list to add a new account key. See Account Keys for more information.
6. In the Provider Configuration area, specify the following (fields will vary depending on the type of account key you selected):
   • Provider - Choose the API provider.
   • Region - Choose the deployment region for this AI provider endpoint
   • Model Name - Choose the model to be used by the agent. You can override this by entering your own.
7. Complete the remaining Settings as needed for the selected account key.
8. Click Save to add and save the target. The target is ready to be added to a reusable AI agent.
