Stop EC2 Instances Activity

Use the Stop EC2 Instances activity to stop the specified AWS Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) instances.

Usage

Complete the following properties to use this activity:

• EC2 Request - Specify the following information or click the Variable Reference icon to choose a variable:
  • Instance IDs - Click Add to enter the EC2 Instance ID to be rebooted.
  • Force Stop - Check this check box to force stop the EC2 instance. This is most commonly used when an instance is stuck in the Stopping state.
