Import Keypair

Use the Import Keypair activity to import the public key from an RSA or ED25519 key pair that you created with a third-party tool. This activity only provides the public key to AWS. You must provide the private key when authenticating.

Usage

Complete the following properties to use this activity:

• EC2 Request - Specify the following information or click the Variable Reference icon to choose a variable:
  • Keypair Name - Enter the keypair name to be associated with the public key.
  • Public Key - Enter the public key to be imported.
