Microsoft Windows Credentials

Automation can automate Microsoft Windows server operating system tasks. The Microsoft Windows adapter provides the ability to easily query Windows performance data and execute Windows commands and scripts.

Use Microsoft Windows Credentials account keys with Microsoft Windows workflow activities and Microsoft Windows Endpoint targets.

Usage

Complete the following steps to create a new Microsoft Windows Credentials account key:

1. In the left navigation menu, click Account Keys.
2. Click New Account Key.
3. From the Account Key Type drop-down list, choose Microsoft Windows Credentials.
4. Enter a unique display name for the account key in the Display Name field and a brief description in the Description field.
5. In the Windows area, specify the following:
   • Username - Enter the Windows username in the following format: domain.
   • Password - Enter the Windows password. Click the eye icon to display or hide the password.
6. Click Submit.
